Introduction to Colour Mixing

This workshop is suitable to complete beginners who would like to start playing with oil colours as well as the more seasoned painter to discover how to make the most out of a very limited palette. An introduction to colour theory will be discussed along with different ways of mixing colours. Using natural pigments and oil mediums, students will be introduced to hand mixing colours using utensils such as a glass muller.

Excellent for beginner – intermediate students who wish to build knowledge and skill in their colour theory.

Basic materials are provided in the cost of each workshop. Students are welcome to bring their own if preferred.
